A flowing, sequenced routine links movement to breath, delivering strength, power and confidence. By creating a strong rhythmic beat, students will build heat and fire within their body and mind through flowing from one pose to the other. Each class we will focus on of the 7 chakras within the body. Once a chakra is unblocked energy can run through it freely so that harmony exists between the physical body, mind and spirit. Every class will finish with a guided meditation focused for powerful positivity and peace.
